Governor Chris Sununu Statement on Supreme Court Case

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement after the United States Supreme Court sided with the Biden Administration in rejecting a State of New Hampshire lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Massachusetts over taxing New Hampshire residents who work remotely for Massachusetts companies.

“By siding with the Biden Administration and allowing inappropriate taxation of NH citizens, the Supreme Court is setting a costly precedent. This decision will have lasting ramifications for thousands of Granite State residents.”
