Governor Chris Sununu Statement Regarding Sen. Bradley’s Hospital Medicaid Payment Legislation

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement regarding Senator Bradley's proposed Medicaid payments and Medicaid fund legislation:

"As hospitals have stepped away from the mental health crisis, other community partners have leaned in to support New Hampshire families," said Governor Chris Sununu. "This legislation recognizes those efforts by supporting community mental health centers, federally qualified health centers, and substance use disorder providers financially. The legislation introduced by Senator Bradley increases the amount allocated to New Hampshire's hospital system, while also directing at least 9% of available resources to these critical community providers."
