Governor Chris Sununu Statement on Initial Federal Funding to Combat Coronavirus Outbreak

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement in response to a proposed federal funding package, which would include $4.9 million in initial funding for New Hampshire to combat the coronavirus outbreak:

"Public Health is working around the clock to ensure New Hampshire remains on top of this developing situation," said Governor Chris Sununu. "These initial funds will help cover costs associated with monitoring this public health situation and I urge Congress to send this appropriation to the President immediately so that New Hampshire has all resources available to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak."
