Governor Chris Sununu Statement Following House Vote on HB 365

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement after the House voted to sustain his veto of HB 365, relative to net energy metering limits for customer generators:

"Today's vote by the House to sustain my veto is good news for the ratepayers of New Hampshire," said Governor Chris Sununu. "This was the wrong bill for New Hampshire that would have only benefited large solar developers, not seniors and those on fixed incomes, and I look forward to introducing commonsense energy legislation next session."
