Governor Chris Sununu Signs Two Bills, Vetoes One Bill
Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu signed the following bills into law:
- HB 549,relative to the system benefits charge and the energy efficiency and sustainable energy board, with lawmakers and advocates at Newell & Crathern
- SB 17, an act relative to permitting dogs in outdoor dining areas of restaurants
Yesterday, Governor Sununu vetoed HB 319, requiring students in the university and community college systems of New Hampshire to pass the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services civics naturalization test.
