Governor Chris Sununu Signs SB 161

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement after signing SB 161, relative to low-moderate income community solar projects:

"New Hampshire's smart and balanced approach to energy policy ensures ratepayers come first," said Governor Chris Sununu. "This law makes good on that commitment by ensuring low-income families who have been hit hardest by inflation and high energy costs are among the first to share in the benefits of clean energy."
