Governor Chris Sununu Signs HB 500

Concord, NH – Yesterday, Governor Chris signed HB 500, an act relative to prescribing opioids via telehealth medicine, into law.

"This bill enshrines into state law telemedical services that became critical to New Hampshire families during the pandemic, especially with respect to urgent mental health treatment," said Governor Chris Sununu. "I commend the legislature for getting this to my desk so quickly, ensuring our vulnerable populations can continue to receive the care they need."
