Governor Chris Sununu Signs HB 49

Concord, NH –Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement after signing HB 49, Relative to postponing the closure of the Sununu Youth Services Center:

"I would like to thank the Legislature, the advocates, and the Department of Health and Human Services for helping get this across the finish line," said Governor Chris Sununu. "We can finally move on from an antiquated correctional model to a treatment-focused approach toward juvenile justice."
