Concord, NH – Please see below for a list of 13 bills that Governor Chris Sununu signed into law today:
- HB 94, An Act relative to licensure renewal dates for certain governing boards under the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification
- HB 150, An Act making a technical correction and a clarification in the law governing death benefits for emergency medical technicians and rescue squad members
- HB 173, An Act requiring the independent investment committee of the New Hampshire Retirement System to report investment fees
- HB 192, An Act relative to pistols permitted for the taking of deer
- HB 193, An Act relative to penalties for improper timber harvesting
- HB 208, An Act repealing RSA 323 regarding lightning rod dealers and salesmen
- HB 258, An Act permitting wage and hour records to be approved and retained electronically
