Governor Chris Sununu Signs 12 Bills Into Law
Concord, NH – Last week, Governor Chris Sununu signed the following bills into law:
- HB 71, An act relative to school district emergency special meetings
- HB 123, An act granting immunity from prosecution for prostitution for reporting a sexual assault
- HB 131, An act relative to reporting of health care associated infections
- HB 152, An act relative to the apportionment of costs in cooperative school districts
- HB 154, An act relative to community revitalization tax relief incentives
- HB 182, An act relative to approval of coursework completed at other approved schools
- HB 289, An act relative to including electrical storage facilities in the definition of energy facility
- HB 385, An act relative to workers' compensation for heart and lung disease in firefighters
- HB 388, An act relative to changing pupil's school or assignment because of a manifest educational hardship
- HB 546, An act relative to 911 immunity for reporting that a person has been the victim of a violent crime
- HB 631, An act relative to regulation of interpreters for the deaf, deaf blind, and hard of hearing
- SB 52, An act relative to municipal charter provisions for tax caps
