Governor Chris Sununu, Fellow Governors Oppose Onerous Federal Long-Term Care Facility Regulations

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu joined 14 of his fellow governors in writing to President Biden to oppose newly proposed Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations for long-term care facilities, which, if adopted, would be detrimental to the industry’s workforce and could pose a threat to the viability of long-term care facilities nationwide.
