Governor Chris Sununu Directs Flags to Half-Staff in Accordance with President's Proclamation 10/18/2021

Concord, NH – In accordance with the President's proclamation, Governor Chris Sununu has directed flags on all public buildings and grounds in the State of New Hampshire to fly at half-staff effective immediately until sunset on October 22, 2021.

Earlier today, Governor Sununu issued the following statement:

“Today we lost an individual who embodied the traits of loyalty, strength, and a deep commitment to public service,” said Governor Chris Sununu. “Colin Powell devoted himself to the betterment of this country and of every American in all that he did. His legacy and character is one we must remember, and one that we should each seek to emulate in all that we do.”
