Fund the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force

Governor Sununu, alongside State Police, called upon the Legislature to restore funding to the Internet Crimes against Children Task Force. The Task Force relies upon state funding and some federal funding to operate. Unfortunately in the past few budgets, funding has had to be drawn from other programs in order to fully fund this Task Force that is critical to the safety of our kids. The number of crimes against our children over the internet has only grown especially due to the expanding use of cellphones and computers by our kids. Unfortunately the Democrats made the unconscionable decision to remove this funding from the budget – it must be restored immediately.
