NOTICE OF JUDICIAL VACANCIES IN THE DISTRICT COURTS
OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
The Judicial Selection Commission, established by Governor John H. Lynch by an executive order dated February 25, 2005, here by posts notice of a judicial vacancy in the New Hampshire District Court for 2009.
There are judicial vacancies in the following District Court:
Concord District Court - Full-time Associate Justice
Laconia District Court - Full-time Justice
Hampton District Court - Full-time Justice
Lancaster District Court - Part-time Justice
Berlin District Court - Part-time Justice
Plaistow District Court - Part-time Justice
Manchester District Court - Part-time Special Justice
Please submit your application to be considered for an appointment to the District Court bench at this time.
Applications (revised in 2007) may be downloaded from the websites of the Governor or the NH Bar Association - www.nh.gov/governor/ or www.nhbar.org. Applications may also be requested by calling 271-7677. Please be sure to use the 2007 application.
Completed applications (revised in 2007) must be postmarked by October 23, 2009. Each candidate must submit an original and ten copies of the application and of all accompanying documents, including writing samples. The application should be mailed to: Judicial Selection Commission, P.O. Box 2167,Concord, NH 03302-2167.
